Identifies an SDK built on top of daily-android, such as daily-flutter, to Daily.

Daily reports and gates some behaviour by the SDK a call comes from -- adaptive bitrate is one -- so a wrapping SDK passes its own name and version here instead of daily-android's. Not for use by applications.
